Any company in any industry in any type market can achieve a higher level of success by faithfully employing the principles of leadership, teamwork and success.

Helping to make companies more valuable by:

CREATING WINNING STRATEGIES

It all starts with knowing where you are and where you want to be. Success is the result of creating a reliable and practical road map to move the organization from their current status to new heights through transformational leadership.

Examples of my work:

> The company was experiencing significant financial losses and a 28% client termination rate. Turned around the underperforming company by developing and executing a business improvement plan. During the nine month, nine step reorganization plan, the companies’ financials improved from a loss of 35% of revenue to a profit of 10% of revenue. During that same period, operational capabilities dramatically improved which reduced client terminations to 5%.

> The company had a low and declining bottom line. Initiated a profitability analysis and identified the key metrics which contributed to cost along the entire production process. Recommended price adjustments on several unprofitable accounts resulting in a 12% increase in revenue which greatly impacted overall profitability. Issued pricing guidelines going forward for all new and renewal business to ensure continued individual account profitability.

> The company needed to seamlessly integrate two acquired companies onto our operating platform which would expand the company’s distribution network and elevate earnings. On the scheduled takeover dates, executed an almost flawless conversion plan and began to effectively communicate with and manage these new accounts. Because of the ability to provide a seamless conversion, we were able to retain 93% of the business and gained new distribution channels for future business.

Creating Effective Organizations

Delivering quality and responsive service to clients is an absolute necessity for long term success. Creating a service delivery model that fits both the organization and promotes the clients interests is the only sustainable way to meet that challenge.

Examples of my work:

> The company had a high client termination rate and was not providing adequate service to clients. Transformed the service delivery model for the company by creating, staffing and establishing the responsibilities for a Client Service Group. Created a new department and staffed it with the best personnel from other departments. Within 30 days of concept, announced this new department to clients. This service model served as the foundation for client retention which improved from 72% to 96% within one year.

> The company operated in a low profitability margin environment and needed to improve operational efficiency. Initiated a process improvement study to review the operations of the key service department. Identified the individual components that contributed to the entire process and formulated procedures that would enhance efficiency. The result of this new process was an increase in staff utilization of 3.8%.

> The company had a declining recurring revenue base. Instituted client retention policies and linked them to customer service. This reduced the termination rate of client accounts from 5% per month to 1.5% per month preserving revenue.

Creating Efficient Organizations

With increasing competitiveness and rapidly changing technology it is essential for organizations to constantly seek more efficient methods to deliver products and services. Each step in production should be analyzed and re-analyzed in an effort to find a lower cost solution.

Examples of my work:

> Reduced costs and enhanced performance by conceiving and designing a software system to automatically create and issue statements that notified clients of activity. This enabled the company to internally change the workflow resulting in a staff reduction of 68% and completely eliminating reporting errors.

> Improved utilization of resources and increased profits in an already profitable division by establishing new production standards. Established enhanced operational goals and identified the two primary drivers that would be needed to accomplish that goal and assembled a small team to implement.  The team accomplished a dramatic improvement in performance while reducing staff by 40% within three months.

> Doubled profits for a company in a competitive industry by embarking on a project to reduce or eliminate all unnecessary costs from every line of expense. Renegotiated new terms for our office space, found lower cost vendors for supplies, forms, and fulfillment, negotiated a new telecommunications deal, renegotiated existing equipment leases, changed benefit plans, and established tighter usage controls. These savings improved net income by 8.47%..
